Nelson Ghost Town
Your next destination is Nelson’s Ghost Town, one of Nevada’s most well-preserved and storied historic sites. Nestled in Eldorado Canyon, Nelson was once a thriving gold mining town during the late 19th century. Upon arrival, you’ll be transported back in time as you explore the weathered remnants of this once-bustling mining community. You will have the chance to explore Nelson's Ghost Town and Techatticup Mine, the oldest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada. You'll learn captivating tales of the town’s Wild West history—lawless gunfights, mysterious disappearances, and the fortunes and tragedies that shaped life in the mining camp.

Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign
Before heading into the desert, the first stop is at one of the most famous landmarks in the world—the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign. Standing tall since 1959, this iconic sign has been welcoming visitors to the city for decades.
