What To Expect

Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve

A haven for birdwatchers and nature lovers, Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve is the largest saltwater marsh along the coast of California. The 1,300-acre wetlands with five miles of trails, provide visitors a chance to spot nearly 200 resident and transient bird species that use the wetlands as a critical stopover while migrating along the Pacific Flyway. Nature lovers can also enjoy seeing nearly over 100 plants and trees found in the wetlands.

Huntington Beach Pier

Measuring 1,850 feet in length, the iconic Huntington Beach Pier is one of the longest piers on the West Coast. Jutting out into the Pacific Ocean at the intersection of Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway, it symbolizes the heart of Huntington Beach and is the most photographed spot in town. The pier's location allows visitors and locals alike to experience the breathtaking views amidst the sounds of crashing waves and the ocean breeze and also access downtown shops and restaurants.

Newport Beach

Part unspoiled nature, part manmade wonder and part luxury paradise, Newport Beach enchants every type of traveler to its glowing shores. Enjoy this scenery along the beachside bikeway on a leisurely bike ride on rented beach cruisers followed by lunch.

Laguna Beach

About an hour south of Los Angeles, Laguna Beach has a spectacular clifftop setting above some of the finest beaches in California. Catch a beautiful Californian sunset and walk an easy trail along pristine coastline. Enjoy shopping in downtown Laguna.
