-Guaranteed Entry - No Reservation required ** Admission fee is NOT included in tour cost**

Morning Tour (6:30 pick-up ~ 10:30 drop-off)
Afternoon Tour (11:30 pick-up ~ 15:30 drop-off)
Pick-up time may fluctuate 5-15 minutes if we have multiple customers.*We will not take extra passengers not on our tour list*

Cancellation Policy:

Full Refund: If you cancel 6 or more days before the scheduled tour date.
50% Refund: If you cancel between 3 to 5 days before the scheduled tour date.
No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled date.

We will not refund for bad weather unless Hanauma closes.

*Tours may change or be canceled depending on weather, traffic conditions, minimum number of participants not met, etc.

*Please note that we will be unable to upload images in unforeseen events such as camera malfunctions, etc.
