Mesquite, NV, located 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas near the Arizona state line, is a growing community with a population of 20,471. St. George, UT, located on the Arizona border in the northeastern Mojave Desert, is surrounded by the Pine Valley Mountains and near the convergence of three distinct geologic regions: the Mojave Desert, Colorado Plateau, and Great Basin. Zion National Park
During your visit to Zion National Park, you'll experience breathtaking scenery, including colorful canyons, towering sandstone cliffs, and diverse desert landscapes. Explore the park's rich history, from Ancestral Puebloan and Paiute cultures to Mormon pioneers, while enjoying the stunning natural architecture and wildlife. Between mid-May and mid-October, you’ll have about 2.5 hours to explore, while visits from mid-October to mid-May allow for approximately 5 hours in the park.
