Fort Lauderdale Sandbar This is party-central for boaters. You'll find a wide selection of boats music, and fun. Whiskey Creek Whiskey Creek is part of the Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park. The mangrove-lined waterway is scenic to swim, paddle board, observe bird life. There’s access to a secluded beach there also. New river This is the central waterway in Fort Lauderdale and one of the best ways to see our city. Marvel at the homes and yachts of the rich and famous through Millionaire’s Row.
